Steak & Eggs Breakfast Burritos

Serves 8 People

Ingredients

  • 1 lb leftover beef pot roast

  • 2 Cups leftover pot roast gravy

  • 8 eggs

  • Splash of water

  • 1 cup salsa

  • 8 extra large tortillas 

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 Cups shredded potatoes

Preparation

  1. Reheat pot roast and gravy.

  2. Make scrambl ed eggs using eggs and a splash of cold water

  3. Make hash browns using shredded potatoes.

  4. Assemble and enjoy.
