Steak & Eggs Breakfast Burritos

Ingredients
1 lb leftover beef pot roast
2 Cups leftover pot roast gravy
8 eggs
Splash of water
1 cup salsa
8 extra large tortillas
1 cup sour cream
2 Cups shredded potatoes
Preparation
Reheat pot roast and gravy.
Make scrambl ed eggs using eggs and a splash of cold water
Make hash browns using shredded potatoes.
Assemble and enjoy.
