Pork Schnitzel

Serves 4 People

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork loins cut 1/2 inch thick

  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 2 tbsp italian seasoning

  • 1/4 cup neutral oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200 F

  2. Pound meat until about 1/4 inch in thickness.

  3. Mix seasoning with breadcrumbs for breading in a shallow bowl.

  4. Mix eggs with water and set aside for breading

  5. Bread cutlets in eggs then breadcrumbs and fry in medium heat until browned on both sides.

  6. Place finished cutlets in a 200 degree oven until all cutlets are fried. Leave them in the oven until ready to serve.
